Self-Watering Seed Starter – Modular Grow Kit with Tools

Designed for minimalist growers and lovers of structural aesthetics.

This modular seed starter kit version features a self-watering base, interchangeable 6-cell and 9-cell trays, and a complete set of eight planting tools, including a soil funnel, dibber, tamper, greenhouse dome with adjustable ventilation cap, and more.

While the previous version highlighted the Asanoha pattern, which is associated with organic growth and intended for family use and therapeutic gardening, this edition introduces the Bishamon pattern. Known for its geometric strength and balance, the pattern brings a sense of order and modernity, making it well-suited for minimalist spaces and design-conscious users. Although the visual expression has shifted, the structural logic remains consistent: each component is modular, interchangeable, and designed for an efficient, flexible seed-starting experience.

Assembly Overview

This seed starter kit includes the following components:

  1. Bottom Tray
The structural base of the system, features integrated drainage holes in each compartment to prevent overwatering and root rot. The surface is decorated with the Bishamon pattern, adding both structural integrity and a modern visual appeal
  2. Seeding Tray (Top Insert)
Sits securely above the base and holds the individual pot modules in place. It helps organise the layout, making the setup clean, stable, and modular. Available in 6-cell and 9-cell versions.
  3. Two-Part Pot Modules
Each pot includes a main body and a detachable drainage plate that fits at the bottom. This design improves drainage, supports root health, and makes the pots removable and reusable.

Optional Accessories

Enhancing precision, control, and planting efficiency

  1. Seed Sower : Offers three opening sizes—S/M/L—for even seed distribution. Designed to handle seeds of different sizes with precision and consistency.
  2. Seedling Dibber : Used to create precise planting holes for seeds or seedlings. The tapered tip also aids in transplanting delicate roots with minimal disturbance.
  3. Soil Funnel : Helps pour soil into pots quickly and cleanly. Especially useful for initial setup or repotting.
  4. Soil Tamper Tool: Flattens and firms the soil surface after sowing, ensuring good soil contact and even moisture distribution to support consistent germination.
  5. Mini Soil Spoon : Ideal for small-scale top-ups, especially for filling corners or tight spots without disturbing the surrounding soil.
  6. Greenhouse Dome : Creates a stable microclimate, locking in humidity and warmth during the early growth phase—ideal for improving germination success. (Available in four sizes)
  7. Ventilation Cap: This rotatable vent integrated with the dome. Easily adjust humidity and airflow with a simple twist.
  8. Pot Push-Up Ejector: Enables gentle lifting of the plant and soil from the pot below, allowing for smooth, clean transplanting without disturbing the roots.

Printed from safe PLA filaments.
PLA (polylactic acid) filament is made from fermented plant starches found in renewable resources like corn starch, sugarcane, or cassava roots. The process involves fermenting these plant sugars to create lactic acid, which is then polymerized into long chains of polylactic acid.

Review of the Two Week Curse
Format: Kindle
Enjoyed the story, not usually into too much magic, but totally understand the role it plays in these stories. Highly entertaining story and like the morals of the two main characters. Good read and would gladly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful middle grade book
Format: Hardcover
This book is part historical fiction and part sci-fi. I bought because we like getting the Newberry award winner every year. We loved this story. It was fun read a book placed when I was kid and see/show my kids how much the world has changed, but it also had a fun time travel element. This coming of age follows a kid and his worries about Y2k. He deals with the death of a friend and worries about everything. We loved this story and it's special sections back i to the future making it easy to believe that time travel is real.

Fantastic
Format: Kindle
Time travel books are fun. You have to wrap your head around how they work out in the end. This time travel book sort of sneaks up on you, in that other things are going on while Ridge, the time traveler, is checking out 1999. For those who were alive in 1999, we all worried about Y2K, when all the computers would stop working. Scientists worked hard to make sure that it wouldn’t, and at the time, only one bank had trouble after the new year began. Other than that, we were all fine, and life went on. Micheal, is obsessed with Y2K, and when he learns that Ridge is from the future, it is all he wants to know about, and Ridge can’t tell him, as the event is too close. He can tell him how he got his name, and a little about how life is like in the future, but that is about it. But Ridge is the first time traveler, and he has no idea if anything he says will change things, so he has to be very careful. He has no idea what he will find when she returns home, and so worries about everything he says. I really enjoyed this book. I marked several passages that spoke to me. And even the title is such a good thing to bring up and explain, in that it means living in the present time. Not worrying about the future or the past.

Brilliant
Format: Hardcover
The First State of Being is a brilliant, highly readable middle grade book from the QUEEN of character-driven middle grade literature. This expansive sci-fi feels at once introspective and cinematic, leaping off the page like something made for a movie. This book will help young people and all readers reflect on our past and future as a human community, especially in terms of health advances, animal extinction, and the potential for technological development. It also highlights the love and fight in a mother and the need to view life through a positive lens by focusing most on the present, not our past or future.
