The Lucky bamboo is an easy to grow plant which can thrive in soil or water. While this plant has the common name of bamboo it is not an actual bamboo plant species and belongs to the dracaena genus, although the stalks have a similar appearance.. Hassle free experience!
Very impressed by how easy it was to file a claim online. I was expecting a hassle or a run around to make it more work than necessary, to discourage claims, but nope, super simple! I initially thought I would get a replacement product, but instead, they sent an Amazon e-gift card, which was even better, since the price of the product went up from when I originally bought it. With the gift card, I was able to replace it with a cheaper item. Definitely worth the low cost insurance!
