Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

H Potter is not offering shipping outside of the lower 48 states.  Duties and shipping charges to other locations are often more expensive than the item itself.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

Does H Potter offer replacement glass? 

H Potter does offer replacement glass for lanterns and torches. Please contact H Potter via text at 208-640-4206 if replacement glass items are showing out of stock. When ordering replacement glass for lanterns please note the lantern SKU for which you are requesting the replacement glass

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care 

This H Potter planter is metal with a powder-coated finish. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish.  Water sitting in the drainage tray may also affect the finish of the tray. Drainage trays are a standard feature to our small planters. These trays can only hold the amount of water to fill the tray. If excessive over-watering occurs the tray will not be able to hold water in excess of its capacity.

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

Sadly those replacement items just gave out on me on February 3,2026. I contemplated replacing the battery and brick once again because the speakers were still grade A in sound quality…but then I saw the Boombox4 and thought,”why spend another $200 when I’ve already done so?” I paid $499 for Boombox1 so I wasted no time ordering Boombox4 and I’m thrilled to see that the engineers have designed the 4 without a brick and that it’s charging system automatically shuts off once it reaches 100%. This was the only issue I had with the original Boombox1 and now I look forward to YEARS of usage. I’m a FedEx courier with a rual route and I spend 12hrs a day out there on the road! JBL Boombox4 has no issues keeping up with my demands…just like the original. The K2SE is an excellent printer for users who are still interested in learning and growing within the 3D-printing ecosystem, but who no longer want to spend the majority of their time troubleshooting basic hardware issues. While it may not be a flagship, top-tier machine by today’s standards, it represents a significant step forward—especially when compared side-by-side with older platforms like the Ender 3 Pro. Out of the box, the K2SE delivers a level of refinement that once required extensive upgrades on earlier printers. Features such as automatic bed leveling, filament runout detection, a sturdier frame with vibration-dampening feet, and a properly supported raised Z-axis bed all come standard. The addition of cloud access and a fluid web interface—complete with optional root access for advanced users—bridges the gap between a consumer-friendly machine and a system that still rewards technical curiosity. My first print, a simple Kirby model, was intentionally done with minimal tuning to get a baseline feel for the machine. The results were impressive, especially coming from years of compensating for aging components on my Ender 3. With that printer long overdue for a new extruder, I had grown accustomed to managing variables that simply don’t exist on the K2SE. The consistency and reliability here are immediately noticeable. Although I didn’t have the budget to add the multi-filament CRT system at launch, the printer’s upgrade path is clearly well thought out. Planned expansions like an enclosure, camera monitoring, and multi-material support make it easy to justify future investments. I would also welcome a firmware or hardware update that introduces Bowden extruder support, as it could further improve filament switching speeds and overall print performance. As someone who has stuck with the same Ender 3 since long before touchscreens, CR-Touch, and modern quality-of-life upgrades became commonplace, it’s refreshing to see Klipper remain a core component of the K2SE. For users who are on the fence about moving away from heavy DIY builds, this printer strikes a compelling balance—offering reliability and speed without sacrificing control. Perhaps the most underrated benefit is time savings. The K2SE is noticeably faster than older models, and its intuitive touchscreen interface makes it accessible even for non-technical users in my household. After setup, my wife and children can confidently start prints on their own, which speaks volumes about the usability of the system. Print quality alone justifies the upgrade for patient users. While some may find the stock cooling fans slightly underpowered, the machine compensates with excellent compatibility for multi-tool and threaded expansion systems—an advantage over many Bowden-dependent designs that require significant modification for production or multi-material workflows. And as a final bonus, despite being scheduled for February delivery, the K2SE arrived weeks early. Getting this machine ahead of schedule was the perfect way to confirm that the upgrade was absolutely worth it for the value price point.
