WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer (5L)

WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer is a liquid herbicide effective against 15+ major aquatic weeds, including floating, emergent, and subsurface species.
When the Aquatic Weed Killer makes contact with the green parts of nuisance aquatic weeds (leaves and stems) it is rapidly absorbed producing peroxide that desiccates/dries out plant tissue and disrupts the function of cell membranes. WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer is then rapidly removed from the water by adsorption into inorganic and organic compounds.
WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer can be applied as a dispersible liquid, but it is advisable to use in conjunction with AquaSticker or Biostim Accelerator when targeting submerged beds of weeds that require more effective placement (e.g. penetration of thermal layers in the water) or where slight water movements may compromise contact time with target weeds.
  • Can be used to treat the entire water body or as a targeted “spot” treatment
  • Low dose rates—a little goes a long way
  • Biologically degrades in sediment
Ingredients
WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer contains the active constituent of 200g/L Diquat present as Diquat Dibromide Monohydrate.

How to apply

WaterTreats Aquatic Weed Killer can be applied by tank or backpack sprayer, from the air, by boat (delivered onto the surface or injected beneath the surface), or scuba diver.
Dosing
The following dose rates are guidelines that may need to be increased or decreased according to your individual conditions. Results will depend on factors such as the state of the nuisance weeds, the extent of the area to be treated, the water temperature, and water movement (circulated, aerated water provides best results).
Duck Weeds, Red Azolla, Water Hyacinth Salvinia
5-10L Aquatic Weed Killer per hectare of dam water
Ideal application: Apply as an overall spray wetting foliage thoroughly. Clear water is necessary for best results as suspended soil particles interfere with herbicidal action. Use the higher rate for heavy infestations or for deep or dirty water. A repeat application 7 to 14 days later may be necessary for control of dense infestations. Oxygen depletion of decaying weeds may occur; therefore not more than ¼ of the area should be treated at once to ensure adequate oxygen supply for fish.
Marsilea, Water Lilies and Water Lettuce
50mL of Aquatic Weed Killer per 15L backpack spray, or 400mL of Aquatic Weed Killer per 100L tank sprayer
Ideal application: Small areas—spray to wet weeds thoroughly.
Cattail and Pond Weeds
5L Aquatic Weed Killer per megalitre (1,000,000L) of dam water
Ideal application: Apply by injection below the surface or as a surface spray.

Note: Do not swim in your dam or use water for irrigating plants for 10 days after using this product.

This is a great watch for the price!
I purchased this watch to use mostly down at my cabin. It is well-made, the functions are easy to use, and it has withstood all the abuse I’ve put it through. I wear this while hunting, cutting firewood, riding ATVs, and just running around the timber. If I destroy this watch in six months, it will be well worth the money I paid for it, but I don’t think that’s going happen. It’s stylish enough to wear to the office and just going out. If you’re looking for an every day watch, you’re not worried about destroying, this is the one to get.

Excellent Time Keeper // Terrible Wristband !
The watch itself is fantastic. When I first got it, and set it up, I set it to the time on my computer, which is as accurate as you can get. In the beginning I checked the time accuracy daily. After a few weeks my time checks changed to once, or twice a week. I never had to change the watch's time. The seconds would vary a little, in comparison to the computer clock. But, it never got more than 30 seconds either side of the computer clock. However, the watchband is a big time NO-GO! The buckle, where you connect it on your wrist, can be frustrating most of the time when you are trying to put it on. Once you've got it on, the strap that goes beyond the buckle is held down by a sliding keeper, that slides in and out depending on what you're doing. Terrible design! I wanted to buy a "Twist-a-Flex" wristband, but couldn't find one that matched the unusual design where the straps attach to the watch body. I bought the watch 4 months ago. Today, one of the 4 pins, that connect the straps to the watch body, fell out somewhere, making the watch impossible to wear. Excellent price. Excellent timepiece. Worst design for a wristband that I've ever seen.

Excellent for price, you won't be sorry
If you are looking for a watch with a lot of features that doesn't cost a lot, this is your watch. I tear up watches fairly easily in my line of work and after I killed my Seiko I decided I would hunt out a cheap watch. There aren't a lot of watches at this price range that include a stopwatch, date (with day of the week), AND has a light that is bright enough to actually read the time in the dark. This one does. The watch not dainty; it is big and bulky, bigger than I thought it would be, but not unwieldy and not super heavy. Expect it to be big. This also helps with readability (My son can read the time on this watch from the other side of the couch). The band feels rugged, made of a pliable and soft- feeling rubber and has a two- pronged belt- like closure (think 'biker belt') that keeps it secure on the wrist. Additionally, the holes for the band goes the entire length of the band so it is adjustable for really small wrists up to about 9.25" circumference. Others have complained about how easily the face scratches, but I suspect they've failed to remove the protective coating on the lens. It's a protective film that you have to get your fingernail under to pull off. Once that's off, the lens is crystal clear and fairly tough. I've had mine for a week now and used it under some fairly harsh conditions and the lens is still clear and scratch-free. My only complaint seems petty for a watch at this price point, but the strap-end hold down 'belt'--- the loop that holds down the extra length of the strap when it's buckled--- moves easily and so in use it will occasionally come off and you have to retuck the end back into it. But seriously, this is really minor. If you need an inexpensive digital that's easy to read in both daylight and darkness, ya don't mind a large and bulky, rugged- looking watch, and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, get this one. You likely won't be sorry.

Nice heavy leather with a pebbled look - limited storage
Color: Brown (Bifold), Color: Brown (Bifold)
This is a pebbled leather wallet from Carhartt. I got the brown version and it is a sturdy thicker type of leather than my other wallets. It has a real leather smell and I like the stitching on it as well as the branded carhartt logo on the front lower corner. Things to be aware of that I wish were a bit better. The wallet is on the small side of the spectrum, the area where you keep paper money is just the one compartment, there is no divider like many wallets have. Also, the left inside of the wallet has the clear window where you usually put your photo-id . In this window it is actually a brown mesh rather than a clear plastic so if showing an id you will likely have to take it out each time instead of flashing it. Also, there is not an area behind the "pocket" for the license and the right side just has 3 credit card slots. These are not necessarily bad things but if you are used to carrying around a lot of cards this one may be a challenge. The quality and thickness of the leather give it a nice western look. I will use this wallet when I dont have to carry too much. If you carry a lot of cash this isn't the best but most these days just need a couple of credit cards and a license and this works well for that.

Compact and exactly as pictured! Great quality leather.
Color: Black (Bifold), Color: Black (Bifold)
I am very satisfied with this wallet; it is exactly as described in the listing and shown in the photos. Key Features: • ID Compartment: There is a dedicated section for your ID. It features a mesh cover rather than a fully transparent plastic window. Personally, I don't find this to be a problem because I usually take my ID out to show it anyway, rather than handing over my whole wallet. • Spacious for Bills: Even though it’s a compact bifold, there is plenty of room for bills to fit flat without folding them. There is even a bit of extra space left over. • Design & Size: It’s a very compact and neat wallet, perfect for those who prefer front-pocket options or don't want a bulky feel. Final Verdict: The "full grain patina" leather looks and feels great. If you are looking for a reliable, well-made, and compact wallet, this is a perfect choice.
