When converted to the belt-positioning booster, this allows you to use as a high back booster for children at least 4 years old, 40-110lbs, and 44-57 inches tall. The up-front harness adjustment is centralized, making it easy to properly tighten the harness for a safe, comfortable, and secure fit. As your child grows, the multiple harness slots and shoulder belt guide assist in positioning the vehicle's belt across your child's shoulder to provide optimal safety. Although it's on a pricey side but this black seed oil is very well packaged (amber glass bottle packed in the carton tube) to preserve the quality. The taste is mild, not upseting the stomach if taken on empty stomach. I can't attest to a very specific results but I am taking it for Inflammation due to autoimmune process. I feel better overall I my body (less to no no aches, stamina) but I am not sure if this oil is to thank
