Sansevieria Laurentii, or variegated Snake Plant, is probably one of the most popular staple indoor houseplants. It has pointy, sword-shaped green leaves with creamy white speckles and yellow edges. This plant is perfect for any home and office, as it is very compact and low-maintenance.
According to Chinese Feng Shui, Snake Plant can welcome eight virtues to enter the house: prosperity, beauty, long life, intelligence, health, art, strength, and poetry.
As a Snake Plant, Laurentii is one of the most effective air-purifying plants. Sansevieria species can remove common airborne toxins and clean indoor air.
Laurentii produces creamy, greenish flowers, but it is extremely rare for this plant to bloom.

Sansevieria Laurentii prefers bright to medium light, but it also tolerates lower light conditions. However, its growth is slower in shady spots. Avoid harsh direct sun to prevent scorching leaves.
This plant has a low watering need. Drain well after each watering. Water thoroughly and let the soil dry completely before the next watering.
Snake Plants are vulnerable to root rot, so they need well-drained, porous potting soil.
This plant grows best in normal room temperatures (between 65°F-85°F). This plant is not frost-tolerant and it does not grow well when the temperature drops below 50°F. Avoid high humidity.
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
This plant is mildly toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children. -

I like the lack of sweeteners and flavor. I just want the stuff that helps me poop. There is some citric acid in it (no idea why) which gives it a mildly acidic taste. Other than that, it does the trick.

Good Stuff

If you need more fiber in your diet, you need this. The price is right, it works very well and keeps me regular. I use this instead of the gummies or capsules. That's because you MUST put in in fluid, and hydration is SO important when using a psyllium product as it causes water to be absorbed very quickly once it is ingested, and you don't want to dehydrate! Mixes very well in water and has little to no taste whatsoever. Stay regular, stay hydrated and stay well.

I like the mildly tart taste of this unflavored, unsweetened drink made up with water. The texture doesn't bother me, with stirring right from the beginning of adding the water, there is no clumping. After 10 days there is no effect on my bowels which were regular previously anyway. My doctor wanted me to use this although I already have a high fiber diet.

Definitely Not Unflavored. This is Tart / Sour, Which Limits the Options to Certain Juices

I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.
