Nice intro to Private Lending.
Format: Paperback
The inclusion of the attorneys who manage their loans was a nice touch. Given the scarcity of specialized legal counsel in this field, this addition provides readers with an option for future implementation.
The book itself is a clear and informative read that effectively outlines the private money lending business. It serves as an excellent guide that is sure to inspire new participants to enter the industry.

A must read for anyone looking to venture into the Private Lending space
Beth and Alex, great job on creating such a well structured guide to private lending! This will definitely be a reference tool that I dive into regularly throughout my private lending journey. Love that you included action items after chapters as well as scenarios to create awareness of some of the “what if’s” that can happen. Very informative and well written. Thank you for all of the time and effort you both continue to put into this space so the rest of us have an easier path!

Fun book and I learned a lot
Format: Paperback
Looking at getting into the private money lending arena and this filled in so many gaps. The authors did a great job of filling the book full of info and including a lot of personal stories along the way.

Essential Reading if You’re Considering Private Money Lending
This is a tremendous book for someone interested in the idea of private money lending but not knowledgeable about what is is, exactly, and how it really works.

Excellent, Helpful
Format: Paperback
This is a well written, clear, and very helpful guide to private lending. The first and only book of its kind. I am a full-time private lender and right now am using the book as a training manual for a new employee….and also as a refresher and check for myself and my own private lending business. Recommended.
