Scientific Name Euphorbia flanaganii f. cristata Common Names Crested Medusa’s Head, Green Coral Scientific Classification Family: Euphorbiaceae Subfamily: Euphorbioideae Tribe: Euphorbieae Subtribe: Euphorbiinae Genus: Euphorbia Description Euphorbia flanaganii f. cristata is a cristate form of Euphorbia flanaganii. This specie has two cristate forms. One with a cristate central shoot and normal cylindrical lateral shoots developed on it, and another with cristate lateral shoots only, without main shoot. The form with lateral shoots type cristation is very common in cultivation. It looks very different from the species and forms a thin flattened crowded cluster and develops in time a large cushion-like mass, up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall and up to 12 inches (30 cm) wide which resemble a wavy emerald green coral. The form with caudex cristation forms a snaky fan-shaped ridge with normal cylindrical lateral shoots developed on it. It is quite rare and very different from the cristation involving a lateral shoot.Shipping Notes

No returns and no support. If it doesn't work properly, too bad.

I was fairly happy with my Epson ET 2800, but was told that I'd get better colors with the F170. So I bit the bullet.
The installation went smoothly and I was printing in short order. It was when I started printing items that had some dark gray that I noticed the problem. It was printing green. I contacted Epson tech support and they answered the phone almost immediately. (And how rare is that??)
The woman I spoke with seemed to be familiar with the problem and advised me to modify the printer preferences and change the color correction from "ICM" to "No color correction". Well, it wasn't printing green anymore. Now the grays were brown. At this point, she ran out of ideas and gave me an email address for the second level of tech support and asked if I'd send a photo of the printed fabrics showing the problem. I did. That was over three weeks ago. I've sent a couple of followup emails, but they're ignoring me.
But the best news was discovering that there are no returns on this product. I didn't think that was a thing with Amazon and I've never had any problems before. So now the 30-day return window is about to elapse and it appears that I'm stuck with an oversized doorstop.
In the photo I'm including with this review, the fabric on the upper-left was printed with my Epson ET 2800. On the upper right, the F170 with ICM color correction. On the bottom, the F170 with no color correction.

Epson SureColor F170 Sublimation Printer Rocks!

TI’m a newbie at sublimation, and this is my first sublimation printer. I love it! I can’t wait to make more things! I like that it’s not too large, but still can print up to 8.5x14”. The quality seems to be really good, but I also don’t have any other printer to compare it to. This was my very first project! I’m very happy with it so far!

Best Sublimation Ink I have found so far. Great size bottles for the price you pay. Lasts a long time and the colors print great and when you press the print the colors come out BEAUTIFUL and VIBRANT! Dries quickly after printing so no worries on smudging but even after sitting over a month on the paper still presses like you printed it that day!

Consistent, Vibrant Results That Match My Designs Perfectly

I’ve been consistently purchasing this Hiipoo sublimation ink for my sublimation printers, and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results. The print quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and clean transfers every time.
What I really appreciate is how true the final product turns out compared to my original designs. The colors stay accurate, and the finished results look exactly the way I intended, which is very important for my projects and products.
