Care Instructions:
- Cleaning the Seat Pad: Refer to the care tag on your seat pad for washing instructions. NEVER use carrier without the seat pad attached.
- Cleaning the Shell: Spot clean using warm water and mild soap. Do not use any other cleaning agents or bleach.
- Cleaning the Harness Straps: Spot clean with mild soap and damp cloth. DO NOT SOAK straps in water as this may weaken them.
- Cleaning the Buckle: Remove buckle to clean Rotate the car seat and locate the metal retainer on the underside of the seat shell. Rotate the metal retainer up through the shell and pad. From the front, pull out the buckle. To clean, place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press the red button several times while in the water. DO NOT SUBMERGE THE BUCKLE STRAP. DO NOT USE SOAPS, HOUSEHOLD DETERGENTS or LUBRICANTS. Shake out excess water and allow to air dry. Repeat steps as needed until it fastens with a click. Re-insert the buckle into the same slot it was removed. Pull up on crotch buckle to make sure it is secured.

I’m really impressed with the MUXX.STIL Office Chair. I wanted something comfortable for long work days but also stylish enough to fit nicely into my space, and this chair ended up being exactly what I was looking for.
The PU leather looks sleek and elegant, and the chair feels much more premium than I expected. It’s comfortable even after sitting for hours, with great back support and a soft cushion that doesn’t flatten out quickly. I also love how smoothly it rolls and adjusts.
As someone who spends a lot of time working, editing content, and answering messages at my desk, having a comfortable chair truly makes a difference — and this one does. It made my workspace feel more put together and cozy at the same time. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Nice-ish chair but not what I expected.

Nice chair basically, good looking, and assembly went well, the wheels roll very nicely, lumbar support is good too, with comfy seat back. However, the "seat cushion" design itself is very odd, because the seat cushion is much thicker at the rear than it is at the front, thus you're constantly slipping off forward, always needing repeatedly to lift up and get back on the seat up further where you belong; while the seat tilt adjustments are of no help with this problem, no matter what setting you will be slipping off forward. The lever for adjusting reclining ability is very cumbersome and awkward to use. The arm rests are ok, comfy, but lack the ability to raise or lower, all you can do if flip it up totally out of your way. I wish I could return and exchange this chair for something better but there is no way this could easily be disassembled and returned in the box that is long since gone. This came in a box really super efficiently and very tightly packed, give them credit and kudos for the great packing design. Maybe, hopefully, the manufacturer has some suggestions for replacement when they see this review.

Surprisingly Comfortable for Long Hours
I was honestly expecting one of those oversized chairs that look comfortable in pictures but feel cheap in person. This one actually feels solid. The seat is wide without feeling awkward, and the cushion is thick enough that I don’t feel the frame underneath after sitting for a while.
The armrests being adjustable was a bigger deal than I thought, especially for working at a desk for hours. It also rolls much smoother and quieter than my old office chair.
Assembly took some time, but nothing complicated. Once put together, it feels sturdy and doesn’t wobble. The reclining function is nice too when taking breaks or watching videos.
Overall it feels more “heavy duty” than most chairs in this price range.
