So worth it - painless
I decided to get the extended warranty for my Black & Decker hand vac. When it stopped holding the charge, I reached out to Asurion. First of all, I love how I don’t have to search through papers and emails to try to find my warranty. It’s right in my Amazon purchases. They immediately started a conversation via text message with me. It was so straightforward to get the information to them. Then they sent me a return label, then Bada Bing, Bada Bang, I sent back my malfunctioning hand back, and they sent me an Amazon gift card. I use the gift card to purchase a New Hands back because I can’t live without it. Everything went so smoothly and it was so quick I highly recommend it for any electronics that you rely on and you would replace if it became inoperable.

Did the right thing to resolve my issue.
Covered my cost with little hassle. Started down the path of going back to manufacturing company but decided to just do a refund. The product was a floor vac that died.

Quick, Simple, and Stand Behind what they sell.
Filed a claim and immediately received a response with instructions. Once I mailed the defective product, with the provided mailing label, I received my refund. Quick, simple, and honest.
