Anthurium ‘Forgetii’ Variegated is a cultivated variegated form of Anthurium forgetii, recognized for its oval to slightly rounded leaves with closed sinuses and velvety texture. In this form, the dark green foliage is accented with irregular cream to pale yellow variegation, creating unique, one-of-a-kind patterns while retaining the characteristic smooth margins and slightly cupped surface of the species. Juvenile leaves emerge smaller with subtler markings, which develop into bolder variegation as the plant matures.
This Anthurium thrives in bright, indirect light with warm temperatures, moderate to high humidity, and evenly moist, well-draining soil. Providing support or staking encourages healthy growth and full variegation expression, making it a standout for collectors.
