To keep your strawberry plant looking its best, here are some guidelines for care:
- Remove runners if you want to maximize fruit production
- Water regularly (keep soil evenly moist, especially during fruiting)
- Fertilize monthly with a balanced, water soluble fertilizer
- Produces fruit throughout the growing season
- Self-pollinating
- Very cold hardy (ideal for Zone 3 with winter mulch)
- Excellent for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves
