This is a good way to prevent potential seam splits along the top of the jacket due to careless handling by the post office, and this service is free of charge. If you forget to write in the comments of your order about shipping outside of the jacket, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER and ask us to update the notes on your order to ship outside of the jacket. Nice frames. Not so much customer service.
I really like the frames. They are nice wood and quality glass. My only complaint is that I ordered 3 in walnut to go side by side on the wall over the couch. I received them one by one and the last one that came was not walnut finish. I was easily able to request a return of the last one but when I reached out to ask them if more frames would become available in walnut again, I got no response. As I needed 3 matching frames, I wasn’t sure what to do. I checked daily on Amazon to see if they were in stock and luckily they did come available about a week later. I ordered and received the last frame in walnut and all is good. But, it would have been nice to receive a reply from the company.
