Due to import regulations, all plants are shipped bare root with a phytosanitary certificate from Thailand. Plants can experience stress from long international transit, resulting in cosmetic damage such as yellow leaves. Most imported plants need to be rehabilitated and acclimatized.

We pack your plants with care and hope that the plants get delivered to you in good condition. It may happen that plants do not survive the shipping process. The inside puzzle is very hard to push around. She gets frustrated that it won't open or move around very well. I let her do the outer puzzle for treats but I no longer put treats in the inner part. I want her to be entertained...not frustrated. I'll keep it for a bit and then pass it on to a dog shelter.
