Katana® - The others just don’t cut it
Take out glyphosate resistant ryegrass for longer
Maintaining a clear area beneath the vines can take up a lot of time, labour, and fuel. But there’s no way round it as weeds compete with grapevines for resources and can impact crop health and productivity throughout the season. One weed in particular is giving growers increasing headaches: Glyphosate resistant ryegrass. Katana offers a powerful solution that not only controls glyphosate resistant ryegrass, but also a broad range of weeds long-term.
What is Katana?
Katana (flazasulfuron) is a new, residual herbicide that provides undervine weed control for up to 5 months. Already a go-to in European vineyards, Katana tackles weeds long before they can turn into a problem.
How does Katana work?
Rapidly absorbed by roots and shoots, Katana inhibits Acetolactate Synthase (ALS), a key enzyme of base amino acid production. As a result, downstream synthesis of vital plant proteins is stopped, and the plant dies. When used on germinating seedlings, Katana acts in the soil to prevent further plant growth and emergence. When applied to already present plants (2-4 leaf), growth stops immediately, followed by leaf discolouration and then dieback over a 3-6 week period.

8 months later, my dog's favorite toy by far!
Color: Ring, Color: Ring
My dog has a LOT of toys, and this is her favorite. We've had it for 8 months and it still holds up. She likes to pull at the stitching (and has removed a bunch), but the toy still holds together surprisingly well. It's a great value for the money.

Not good for aggressive chewers
Color: Ring, Color: Ring
My aggressive chewer had pieces of leather and felt chewed off within 10 minutes. Had to take it away from him because I didn’t want him swallowing them.

Tough toys for tough girls
Color: Ring
I have 3 large dogs that are proficient at destruction and extremely aggressive chewers. Few toys survive them. I bought several of these toys and they have been put through the ringer but still in great shape. Definitely worth it in my book. I wish there were more cute options but cute doesnt typically last for these 3.
