| Monstera Adansonia is a rock star among houseplants, beloved on social media and in real life for its large, heart-shaped, hole-y leaves. Like Monstera deliciosa, Monstera Adansonia is commonly referred to as Swiss cheese plant because of the holes (perforations or fenestrations) in its leaves. Also called Swiss cheese vine, the smaller, more compact Monstera Adansonia develops leaf perforations sooner than Monstera deliciosa. The holes can represent up to 50 percent or so of a leaf. One theory for why these tropical forest dwellers "go hole-y" is that the openings enable light to more easily reach lower leaves. With its vining growth habit, Monstera Adansonia a wonderful hanging basket plant, adding living dimension to your home decor from above. Or from a plant shelf or stand. The plant can be trained to climb as well and is capable to spreading to as much as 8 feet in length. Provide plenty of bright, indirect light. Water so that soil is consistently, evenly moist but not soggy. Water again when the top inch or two of soil feels dry or nearly dry. You can feed the plant monthly during spring through fall with an all-purpose liquid houseplant food diluted by half. Monsteras like temps in the 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit range and humidity above 50 percent. You can increase humidity by using a humidifier or placing the monstera near other tropical foliage plants or in your kitchen or bathroom. It’s like sleeping on a beach in San Vito lo Capo

I’m a big meaty fella so I put off a lot of heat ya hear. These pillow cases have changed my life. One moment they’re hot and the next you flip them and you’re blasted with a blast of ice cool what it feels like to chew 5 gum feeling capeesh. I would reccomend these pillow cases to even my grandma. If ya wanta get a rest so good that it feels like ya been sleeping with the fishes get these pillow cases, they’re the real deal. Then stop at Pauline’s joint and grab a slice of pizza say Vinnie sent ya. Anyways I gotta go my wife’s cooking up a mean lasgna and we’re gonna watch the dodgers. Great for hair and skin. Great buy.
These pillow cases are great for my hair and skin. They look good, hold up well in the washer and dryer, and the price is great. They are cooling. Of course I wish they could be more cooling, but honestly I'm not sure that's even possible. Great pillow cases. Already bought more for other heads. Would buy again.

Hot hot hot. Side sleepers will hate it
At first touch, these are the coldest pillowcases I own … but only for seconds. Once you actually lay on them, within seconds they adjust to your body temp, the heat feels trapped, my head begins to feel hotter than before I laid down - which has in turn caused me loathe these pillow cases. I hate that I have missed the return window. Would never buy again, would never recommend. My satin ones aren’t even this hot! I gave them the good ole 30-day try.
Side sleepers - if you are like me and sleep on your side with arm tucked under pillow - flipping this pillow over in hopes of a cold side - forget it, it’s already hot from your arm.
