1. How to germinate seeds

1. Should we soak the seeds overnight for better germination?

Soaked seeds can give the better result. Soaked seeds will germinate quickly.

2. Should we use the seedling tray or direct sow is recommended?

We can maintain the seeds in the tray at the beginning. But when the plant reaches 2 to 3 inches in length it requires some more space to grow. Sowing directly into pot is the best way to cultivate.

3. What is the best season?

Winter season is the best season to grow Lupine(OP). The germination process will be good in this season.

4. Will it germinate in all seasons?

You can grow Lupine in all the season. But it will grow well in Winter.

5. How many days will it take to germinate?

Lupine seeds will take 15 to 60 days to germinate from seeding. During the germination period, soil should be moist, so keep watering it frequently.

6. Can we keep it indoor after sowing or we should keep it outdoor?

Like most of the plants, Lupine requires good sunlight. So better to grow in outdoor. If you like to grow indoor place it where it can get good sunlight.

7. What temperature is required?

Lupine needs minimum 12 degree C to 18 degree C. In this temperature, we can expect the better result.

2. What potting mix to use?

1. Will the coco peat based potting mix be sufficient or does it need soil only?

Plants need fertilizer and compost mandatorily. For that no need to invest separately. If you are buying our potting mix it is enough. Our potting mix has fertilizer and compost content in it. So it increases the germinating capacity.

3. How to water ?

1. Does it need a lot of water or very less water?

For the first few months in your garden, make sure that lupine plants are getting adequate water for good root development. But you need to let the soil dry out between waterings. After that, water only when the soil is dry..

2. Will it sustain high sunlight?

As Lupine is a winter season crop, it can’t withstand high sunlight.

3. Does it grow indoor in a shade or less sun?

Like other plants, Lupine needs sunlight. So we suggest to keep it outdoor in the sunlight for better growth.

4. Pests?

1. What are the common diseases it gets?

Brown spot, Anthracnose, Stem Phomopsis and Pod blightc are the common disease that affects Lupine. So use Neem oil which protects the plant and acts as an organic pesticide. It is available with a user instruction.

5. Harvesting?

1. How many days it takes to grow from seed to harvest stage?

Lupine will take 120 to 150 days harvest from the seeding. Till the harvesting, we need to provide water, fertilizer, compost, potting soil, neem oil.

2. How to identify whether it is ready for harvest?

When you see flowers that have already bloomed begin to wilt, pinch them off the stems. This will encourage more flowers to bloom and keep the plants healthy.

3. How to Harvest? Should we remove from the root or just cut and it grows again?

You can pluck the Lupine directly from hand. But handle the plant gently while doing so. You can also cut the flowers from pruning secateurs safely, it will re-grow again.

Use within 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Wonderful read
Format: Hardcover
This is a super read for anyone interested in understanding more about relationships. It is not a popular press magazine or cookbook. Be aware it is written in a very dense (though fluid) academic style which requires your attention: compound sentences cleaned of articles and misunderstanding. The content is wonderfully organized and flawlessly edited. As a nonprofessional, I enjoyed the book immensely, finding insights into past relationships and myself on almost every page -- along with hope for doing better by my partner in the future.

Five stars
Format: Hardcover
The book was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived early which was great. I recommend this book seller. I read Susan M. Johnson’s other book on EFT, “Hold Me Tight” and found it extremely helpful with my therapy clients. I’m excited to dive into this book too!

This would have been great if an editor worked on it first
Format: Hardcover
As much as I admire Dr. Johnson and her work, the writing is not good in this book. The ideas are very useful but the reader must slog through complex, turgid sentences and multiple grammatical errors to get the points. I wish more writers had good editing and didn’t submit such poor writing for publication. Dr. Johnson is not alone in this criticism. I think many writers have been trained to write circuitous sentences and that results in the reader working unnecessarily hard to grasp the meaning of the ideas. That said, I am very impressed by her use of research that supports her writing and the ideas she presents. I hope that future publications are more carefully edited before they are published, with the reader in mind. And if you wonder if I am uneducated, rest assured that I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and 20 years post license experience.
