I also liked the fact at the sleeve ends don't have elastic. They are straight open and loose allowing for free movement and it doesn't feel constricting. CONS: However, they are all a little short in length. And some colors are shorter than others indicating inconsistency and quality control issues. The burgundy I got was the shortest. Wearing them is a little frustrating as they are always rolling up and drafty especially in cold weather. If they were just an inch or so longer, I would have given 5 stars.
