Anthurium Clarinervium, the veined velvet of Mexican forests

Anthurium clarinervium is a tropical plant native to the mountain forests of the state of Chiapas, Mexico, where it grows epiphytically on rocks and tree trunks at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,800 meters. Belonging to the Araceae family, it develops mature leaves that can reach 30 to 40 cm in length, with a velvety texture of rare density in the Anthurium genus.

What distinguishes this plant with its exceptional decorative foliage is the network of silvery-white veins that stand out against a deep, velvety green background, creating a striking graphic contrast with each new leaf. The thick, slightly puckered, heart-shaped leaf blade catches the light differently depending on the angle, revealing muted, silky reflections. Each unfurled leaf is unique, the secondary veins arranging into natural geometric patterns that give this tropical plant a sculptural presence.

Adopt the Anthurium Clarinervium today and let its velvety foliage transform your interior.

and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition)
This is a required text for Internet Law classes. It is edited very poorly. There are typos on every other page, and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition).

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
