Philodendron 'Prince of Orange' is a on-climbing Philodendron hybrid that produces a steady succession of broad, upright leaves. Each new leaf unfurls in a vivid coppery-orange, transitions through yellow and lime green, then settles into a deep, rich green. At any given time the plant carries leaves in several colour stages at once, creating a warm, gradient display from a single rosette.

It stays compact and upright, filling its space without trailing or needing support.

Origins
Philodendron 'Prince of Orange' is a cultivated hybrid. Philodendrons as a genus are native to the tropical Americas, where they grow in a range of forest habitats. This cultivar was bred for its striking orange new growth and self-heading habit.
