1. We offer a pre-order service, so if you are not ready to ship but would like to pre-order your succulent favors, please leave a note when placing your order or contact us and we will hold your order until you need them.
2. Please place the order at least 15-20 days before the event if you choose Laser Tag.
3. We use black ink for printing and do not support color printing now.
4. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they cannot be resold.

A2: No, you don't have to. If you are familiar with live succulent plants, you can repot them with enough time.
Q3: Can I get specific colors or varieties?
A3: Yes, you can. Email us at [email protected] if you have some specific requirements about your order. We can provide professional suggestions and services for you.
Q4: Can I request custom-printed tags?
A4: Yes, we offer custom tag laser printing. You can choose "Laser Tag" (additional charges apply), proceed with payment, and then leave a message or contact us with the specific details you'd like for customization.
