** This figure is a Grey Market import from Japan. If you are not familiar with the term Grey Market, please allow us to explain. According to the Better Business Bureau, a Grey Market product is defined as "items manufactured abroad and imported into the US without the consent of the trademark holder. Gray market goods are not counterfeits; however, differences may exist between these goods and those goods produced for American sale. Some of these differences may involve warranty coverage or compliance with US regulatory requirements."
This figure was purchased in Japan and is an authentic X-Plus release from X-Plus in Japan. Some packaging, instructions, and safety information will appear only in Japanese. It does not come with any warranties or guarantees from X-Plus. AwesomeCollector.com has no affiliation with X-Plus.
You cannot return this item to X-Plus or AwesomeCollector.com if there are any defects. Due to the cost and size, AwesomeCollector.com will not be able to have replacements available for exchange.
The distribution and sales of any Grey Market product is legal as long as customers are told they are buying a Grey Market item. If you disagree with these facts, we politely ask you not to shop with us.
