The rare Golden Prosperity Japanese Maple, or Kogane Sakae, is known for its unique bark with green and golden stripes running up branches new and old.

The Kogane Sakae makes a rare and coveted bonsai tree, making the perfect centerpiece of any collection.

Like all maple trees, this green dragon maple bonsai is deciduous.  It will lose its leaves in the fall, and remain bare all winter.  It must remain outdoors.
