Verzorging  
Water: Weinig water geven. Zorg dat de potgrond volledig uitgedroogd is voor je opnieuw water geeft.

Licht: Veel indirect zonlicht / indirect zonlicht / half schaduw
Kies bij voorkeur voor een oost- of westraam. Op een zuidraam zul je je plant dieper in je huis moeten plaatsen zodat de plant voldoende licht krijgt maar niet de volle directe zomerzon.
Tekort aan voldoende zonlicht kun je opvangen met groeilampen.
Grondsoort: Een losse open grondmix voor woestijnplanten is ideaal.
Maak bij voorkeur een grondmengsel van een beetje standaard potgrond gemengd met perlite en eventueel kleikorrels.
Voeding: Geef tijdens het groeiseizoen (maart tot november) bij voorkeur tweewekelijks tot maandelijks voeding voor groene planten.
