Morning Glories get their names as they open in the morning and will close in the heat of the summer afternoon. We like to plant them where they get light shade till mid day so as to enjoy their flowers longer during the daytime. These are climbers so be sure and give them space to climb at least 6 feet. Any post, fence, or trellis will work as they are strong climbers.
Similar to Sweet Pea, Morning Glories have a tough outer shell. It's best to first "scratch" through this outer layer with a metal nail file or nail clipper. Then prepare a shallow dish, like a pie pan, with very hot tap water not to exceed 140 degrees and soak your seeds so the tops are barely covered. Let them sit this way overnight and then sow the next morning directly in your garden after your last frost in the spring.
We start them early about 4 weeks before our first frost in 4" pots and then transplant after our last frost in the spring. They will want to climb so be sure and have some bamboo or dowels you can stick in your pots.

Great for travel

Since finding these I will NOT leave home without them!!! They have just the right thickness for it's size and they are super absorbent. I would not recommend that you reuse these but based on the cost purchasing more is easy. The quality is amazing and the size of them fits the price. Smells good and works well

I was a bit skeptical at first but these actually work. I thought it was all going to be 1 pack of balls but they are separated into 4 balls per pack so the oils dont evaporate. This kept the bugs away from our tent when we went camping so I would say it works perfectly. And it smells good too! It also comes with the pouches to put them into and hang them.

Super recomend
liked it because it has a fresh smell of mint and lemon, it has no strong chemicals that harm health, I put it in the kitchen and in the places where these animals are most likely to exist and I did notice fewer signs of mice and spiders after several days. Easy to use and gives me peace of mind that it is safe for pets and family.

They actually work!

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about this product but it really does seem to work. We have a nice front porch in NE CT and a lot of times the mosquitos are just too annoying to be able to sit outside. I’ve had 3 of these balls in one of the provided bags for a few days and have hardly seen any mosquitos!
The smell is a strong citronella but not unpleasant.
