100-gallon UTV sprayers from Gregson-Clark feature a 100 gallon PCO tank plumbed with an anti-vortex suction line and jet agitation, strapped to a rugged steel frame with a black powdercoat finish. The pump package utilizes a Honda GX160 5.5 HP engine coupled to a Banjo 2" poly centrifugal pump (195 GPM, 45 PSI) with a high flow filter assembly.
The spray boom attaches to the frame by telescoping brackets. This allows the user to adjust the distance between the boom and the frame. With this feature the 100-gallon UTV sprayer will fit in most UTV models. This specific UTV sprayer uses a 10-foot manual folding boom with 6 dripless nozzles bodies, Turbo TeeJet tips and a manual control valve. The TeeJet AA17L controller allows the operator to specify which sections of the boom are on or off.
Our focus on building exceptional equipment that grows with your business means that numerous accessories are available which can be added to the initial order or purchased down the road. Common accessories that can be added to all UTV sprayers include; hose reels (electric or manual), hose reel roller guide, electric boom controllers, fresh water tank, boomless nozzles, high pressure strainer, tank strainer bags, and more.
For questions or assistance building your perfect UTV sprayer please call us at 1-800-706-9530.
