Description

nonionic surfactant for herbicide Surface Nonionic Surfactant for Herbicides Case 4 X 1 GalWhat is a Surfactant? A surfactant is any compound that breaks a liquid's surface tension and increases its contact with a target substance. A prime example is hand soap. It breaks the surface tension of water and helps the liquid get under and remove dirt and grime from your hands. When it's combined with a pesticide, Alligare Surfactant helps the chemical agents penetrate the leaves and go to work on the target pest. How Does Alligare Surface Work?

What is a Surfactant?

A surfactant is any compound that breaks a liquid's surface tension and increases its contact with a target substance. A prime example is hand soap. It breaks the surface tension of water and helps the liquid get under and remove dirt and grime from your hands. When it's combined with a pesticide, Alligare Surfactant helps the chemical agents penetrate the leaves and go to work on the target pest.

How Does Alligare Surface Work?

Alligare Surface contains a 100 percent proprietary blend of formulation aids, glycol derivatives, humectant and alkyl polyoxethylene. This general-purpose, nonionic surfactant can be used with most any pesticide or plant growth regulator in a variety of settings. Surface mixes well in the tank and improves a product's performance instantaneously. The active ingredients break the surface tension of the product and help the plant absorb it more easily for greater results.

Where to Use Alligare Surface Surfactant

Use Alligare Surface with any compatible insecticide, fungicide or herbicide to kill and control pests in lawns, commercial grassy areas, industrial turf and forestry sites. You should add Surface right before filling the container with water and then shake it before spraying the mixture onto the target areas. Once it's applied, the surfactant will help the product stick to the leaves and start working.

Alligare Surface Features and Benefits

  • Breaks the surface tension of a liquid and improves product effectiveness
  • Helps a fungicide stick to and penetrate the target for greater control
  • For use with herbicides and insecticides on various residential and commercial areas
  • Assists in the penetration of active ingredients
  • Increases spray coverage on terrestrial and aquatic plants

Tips for Use

  • Read the label for compatibility as some mixtures may cause phytotoxicity to desirable crops.
  • Shake the tank completely before spraying to ensure a thorough mixture.

Alligare Surface Surfactant Increases Pesticide Effectiveness

With Alligare Surface surfactant, you don't have to worry about insecticides or herbicides running off the target area. This nonionic surfactant keeps the product stuck on the leaves, giving it a chance to penetrate the foliage and take effect right away. It's compatible for use with various pesticides and also improves the spray coverage of plant growth regulators. For better weed and pest control, use Alligare Surface surfactant in your tank.

Disappointed
Color: Platypus - pineapple plush, Color: Platypus - pineapple plush
3 month old husky mix ripped this toy open within hours of having it and as of now, all the feet are missing. I only let him play with it a few hours a day because of the squeaker, so not as advertised.

Teething Puppy Destroyed Goose
Color: Blue goose - pineapple plush
Product appearance attractive and looks like fun, however, simply did NOT withstand an aggressive chewer like my 10 week old puppy - did not last more than three days and needed to be thrown out for safety reasons. ☹️

Not indestructible but she had fun tearing it apart.
Color: Blue goose - pineapple plush
Hardly indestructible as the description claimed. She enjoyed it, while it lasted, for 15 minutes. I wish I could figure out how to show the photo of her after she tore it up. But I can’t. Sadly.

It's one of the only toys that we originally got for our pup that has lasted
Color: Blue goose - pineapple plush
We got a lab mix (we think with a Great Dane) on Labor Day weekend 2025. She has destroyed 100% of the toys we got her that weekend, with the exception of this duck. Yes, it is missing it's feet at this point (they got chewed off and torn sometime around Halloween), but the duck itself is still intact. She chews on the duck every day, it's one of her favorite toys, and it's seen some things. We've washed it a few times in the laundry machine, and it looks nice a clean every time we pull it out and let it dry. She's gnawed on it through losing puppy teeth and getting adult teeth, and she's is currently chewing away on her duck on her bed in the living room. I understand others have reported really mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we got this duck and it's one of the only toys we've bought that I feel like was worth the price because it didn't get destroyed immediately. We plan on buying another one for Christmas.
