Philodendron Gloriosum Dark Form, is a highly sought after velvet leaf aroid prized for its deep, rich green (almost black) heart shaped leaves and striking bright white veins. Compared to the standard form, this variety features darker, more saturated foliage, often with subtle reddish edging and rounded petioles, giving it a more dramatic, luxurious appearance. Unlike many Philodendrons, gloriosum is a crawling (not climbing) species, growing horizontally along the soil and producing increasingly larger leaves over time. Its velvety texture and bold contrast make it a true statement plant for collectors.
