EDITION SIZE: 95

ABOUT THE IMAGE: Inspired by Walt Disney’s Animated 2001 Film Monsters Inc and features Sully, Mike and Boo.

ABOUT THE MEDIUM: Limited edition prints are reproductions of an original piece of art work. We offer giclée prints on canvas, which are museum quality prints that last the upwards of 100 years. Giclée printing is a process that uses fade-resistant, archival inks and archival substrates to print on large format printers. The run of prints are capped at a specific number. Limited edition prints can be more valuable to art collectors than prints without a restricted number of copies because of the rarity of the prints.  Each piece is hand-numbered and embellished by the artist.  Each piece also includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:  Stephen Fishwick’s photo may not be found in Webster’s under the listing for “art,” but it should be, because no other artist combines the elements they describe – sound, color, movement – that affect the aesthetic sense the way he does.

However, once his mother explained to him the perils of life as a starving artist, he simply declared, “Then I guess I’ll just be Spider-Man.” After the likelihood of that reality settled in, Stephen returned his heart to art and took his first formal painting class at age ten. It was in high school that his art first earned him accolades. With the persistence of his high school art teacher, he enrolled at the Art Institute of Pittsburg. Less than a year later, he started working as a professional artist, drawing portraits, caricatures and illustrations.

In 1996, Stephen began expanding his artistic education by studying traditional drawing and painting under Jeff Watts at the Watts Atelier of the Arts in Southern California. Influenced by a wide range of renowned painters, from Norman Rockwell to Salvador Dali, John Singer Sargent to J.C. Leyendecker, Stephen has created a style all his own. “Every day I fall in love with drawing the human face and form,” he says. “My sketchbooks are filled with drawings of life, from people to animals.”

In a career that has spanned over two decades, Stephen has earned widespread acclaim, but two achievements make him most proud: First, his philanthropic endeavors that have raised over $1 million for different charities just since 2004. Second, Stephen is excited to become an official artist of Disney Fine Art, an honor that will allow him to paint Disney characters and bring his artwork to leagues of Disney fans around the world.

ABOUT THE FILM: Monsters, Inc. is a 2001 American computer-animated comedy-drama film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. Featuring the voices of John Goodman, Billy Crystal, Steve Buscemi, James Coburn, and Jennifer Tilly, the film was directed by Pete Docter in his directorial debut.  The film centers on two monsters — James P. "Sulley" Sullivan and his one-eyed partner and best friend Mike Wazowski – employed at the titular energy-producing factory Monsters, Inc, which generates power by scaring human children. However, the monster world believes that the children are toxic, and when one sneaks into the factory, Sulley and Mike must return her home before it’s too late.

Docter began developing the film in 1996, and wrote the story with Jill Culton, Jeff Pidgeon and Ralph Eggleston. Stanton wrote the screenplay with screenwriter Dan Gerson. The characters went through many incarnations over the film's five-year production process. The technical team and animators found new ways to render fur and cloth realistically for the film. Randy Newman, who composed the music for Pixar's three prior films, returned to compose its fourth.

Monsters, Inc was praised by critics and proved to be a major box office success from its release on November 2, 2001 and becoming the third highest-grossing film of 2001. The film won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "If I Didn’t Have You" and was nominated for the first Best Animated Feature, for Best Original Score and Best Sound Editing.

    Surprising quality, great for work
Size: 34 Inch, Size: 34 Inch
I know this is advertised as a gaming monitor, but I decided to get a large, wide monitor for long work hours to replace my two 27 inch monitors. It has just enough width that you can easily split the screen and work side-by-side. It is genuinely helped my neck pain since my posture is staying straight. There is no lag in the monitor and it has a pretty good design. Nice and thin, sleek. The amount on the back of it was a little strange, but I figured it out. The only thing I don’t like about this monitor is you cannot adjust the height up and down and it does not tilt but for the price I can live with that. It does give you the option to mount on a wall, which is nice. This might be a me problem, but it didn’t want to register with my thunderbolt docking station. I ended up needing to plug it directly into the laptop, which is an ideal. Haven’t figured out if that’s the monitor operation or if I need to connect it in a different way. Overall, this is a great value for the money.

Very poor delivery and unboxing experience
    Size: 34, Size: 34
2/12/26 Shipping was beyond poor. Amazon packaged this in a oversized box with no padding. Monitor box inside was damaged, but product seems ok. I was initially going to return and left a scathing feedback review for amazon delivery being beyond poor, when I requested a call there service kept hanging up on me. Shame on you Amazon, unfortunately I am removing one star for that. Now onto the real review... Monitor is sharp with no dead pixels, however the protective film is weird. So weird I thought I had received a used product, when I went to peel the film the sticker ripped and I had to carefully inspect to discover there was actually film and not someone pulling one over on amazon on a return. One star removed for that horrible film experience, it was very jarring. There is no height adjustment only tilt, which is fine nothing unexpected there. Stand is actually quality and is a Metal Injection Molding (MIM) material which is impressive for the price, not weighted plastic like some of the higher end brands. I like that there is no horrible blue light signaling the monitor is on, but that can be a turn off for some as the black levels of monitor can confuse someone into thinking it is not working. However if you are a photographer or a gamer this is a huge plus. Kudus to CRUA for doing that. I will update review upon testing to see if product needs less stars or if amazon wants to chime in on their part in this experience to add stars back. CRUA get on amazon so you can be a solid 4 stars! At this point I would recommend, but beware the film.

CRUA delivers in price and panel quality, but stumbles in build quality
If they could just solve their quality control issues then this might be one of the best monitors I have purchased for the price it is offered at. Major monitor brands should be absolutely ashamed that this comes within striking quality of monitors are 3-6x its price. My only advice to anyone else looking to buy this is to get an extended warranty for it because CRUA does have serious quality control issues and weak components. But the actual panel, colors, etc are way above the asking price. I am absolutely floored.

This monitor is spectacular for the price. I am very pleased with it.
    Size: 27 Inch
It arrived in tact and has zero blemishes or dead pixels. That's saying something when you have this many pixels too. The Freesync works great, it's fairly bright and the colors are amazing. They need to be detuned quite a lot since the gamut is way higher than most content is created for. Gaming is fantastic. I do not seem to have the advertised 1080P high FPS mode though. Perhaps they crossed up some of the promotional information for a different model. Still, I am very much enjoying 160Hz at 4k. I am playing through games again just to see them so clearly, and that's going from a 2k monitor of the same size. This display is superior. I wish the power button that's modeled to look like a joystick actually was one, don't be caught off guard by that. It's just a button. I knew that when I bought it but still. Kinda... iffy to make it look like one. I mounted the monitor on an arm. It weighs very little so it was easy. I never used the included stand, but it's very sturdy and I love that is flips vertically too. The headphone jack works nicely for my powered speakers and it switches between display port and HDMI correctly. My last monitor had to be restarted each time I went back to Display Port to get audio back. This monitor at the price I paid is insanely good. I'd been waiting for years for a good 4K panel with high refresh rate at 27". By far my favorite monitor size. I have zero intention of changing or upgrading from this panel until μLED is finally available. If this panel dies, I will get another until then.

    Great with one annoyance
Very nice + hi-res. Each pixel is sharp thanks, I presume, to IPS. One criticism: there's no way to tell whether it's supposed to be 'on', except by seeing a picture. Very frustrating when the graphics card and the monitor at startup both kind of go: "Are you on? No? Then I'll turn back off." for what seems like 2 seconds and you have to try to guess whether the monitor is actually on. You can look down the slots at the back for lights, but one that's easier to see would be nice. Anyway, as you'll have seen, it has a literal 15:10 aspect ratio (even better than 16:10) so this is a rare monitor that's better for documents than the 16:9 monitors that are made for movies. I think the monitor may be a little small for ~4K, but you can't complain for the price. Would buy again, but please, give it an 'on' light.
