This blend has everything a paracetamol, lemsip, day nurse, and decongestant has but is completely natural. It can ease pain, help perk you up and feel brighter, ease congestion, soothe coughs and sore throats.

HOW TO USE THE COLD AND FLU BLEND

Diffuse 15 to 20 drops in a diffuser or oil burner to inhale the oils and also to aid hydration of the air which will help loosen mucus.

Inhale from an inhaler, bracelet or necklace regularly to help you through the day.

Add 5 to 10 drops to a sink of hot water and inhale the rising steam.

Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a bath or shower oil to promote deep relaxation. (A hot bath is an excellent way to use essential oils, enabling them to enter the bloodstream more easily via your warm skin and the mucosa in your nose via the rising steam.
