Unlike conventional all-in-one fertilizers, Shrimply Fertilizer is copper free with trace amounts of nitrates (NO3), recognizing the sensitivity of shrimp to copper and NO3 toxicity. By omitting copper and reducing NO3 levels, we ensure that both your invertebrates and your plants can thrive without the risk of serious ailments. Our beginner-friendly formula ensures optimal plant growth, while the convenient dispenser allows for effortless dosing. The bottle holds 500ml (16.09oz) of liquid and will treat up to 2,500 gallons.
Disclaimer: Trace amounts of copper are essential for many aquatic species. These trace amounts can be obtained through regular feeding of aquatic food. Nitrates are essential for plan growth and are present in balanced aquariums. NO3 levels should ideally remain at or below 20ppm for optimal invertebrate health.
Directions: We suggest dosing 2 times per week for most shrimp focused tanks.
1 Pump (2ml) per 10 gallons adds 1ppm NO3, 0.1ppm PO4, 3ppm K and .25ppm Fe.
If you notice algae outbreaks cut dose frequency to once a week and wait for algae to disappear then gradually work your way back up.
