The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. The flavor intensifies the longer you cook lemongrass. Use it fresh, or preserve it by drying or freezing. Lemongrass looks gorgeous growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens. Solid Shelves

These are easy to install with the right tools. (STUDS ARE KEY) The only thing to note is, that when assembling the pipes, it takes patience for them to tighten. BUT IT DOES! DONT GIVE UP!!💁♀️ They are sturdy, roomy shelves, and very very stylish. The color is very spot on. The shelves in particular, function just as described.
