The Philodendron Micans is native to the tropical regions of Mexico and the Caribbean. So if you don’t live in a tropical place, no worries, for this wonderful philodendron is great as an indoor plant and is rather simple to care for.

The micans is known for its velvety, heart-shaped leaves, and trailing growth habit. It will look absolutely amazing in hanging planters, climbing moss poles or trellises. This philo appreciates bright to medium indirect light; well drained soil; and regular watering. If you have an increased amount of light the leaves will become a red/maroon color and stay as is, but if in low light then it will result in the leaves becoming a deeper green color.

This beautiful philodendron would make a wonderful addition to any plant collection as-well as amaze you with the colors and fast growth!
