Pilea peperomioides, also known as the Chinese money plant. Its unique appearance makes this plant perfect for a variety of home decor styles.
Kokedama Care:
LIGHT:
Brilliant and indirect
WATER:
It prefers moderate but infrequent watering, when the kokedama ball is very light, it needs watering.
It is irrigated by immersion, you just have to submerge the ball in a container filled with water for 10 to 15 minutes or until it is completely saturated with water.
Take the kokedama out of the water, and let the excess water drain before placing it back in the place of preference, you must place it on a plate or base.
The irrigation frequency will vary depending on the location, in any case, this is only indicative, the irrigation frequency also depends on the temperature and humidity, among other factors. Therefore, adjust your watering based on the conditions in which your plant lives.
It is important to note that when you receive your kokedama it will need to be watered on the day indicated on the care card.
And remember, submerging is almost always better than overwatering.
HUMIDITY
From time to time spray your plants.
TEMPERATURE:
Prefers at least 65°F, but will be even happier at 80°
FERTILIZER:
Reinforce with fertilizers and organic fertilizers, preferably adding them to irrigation water.
MAINTENANCE:
Cut dry leaves carefully so as not to damage healthy leaves. Avoid drafts and heating.
The kokedama in the photo is not the exact plant you will receive. Please note that this is a reference photo.
For the units that are available, the shipment will be made from 2 to 4 business days. In case you want to book, I will inform you of the new deadline.
When you buy your kokedama online, give it time to adjust to its new surroundings. It is very common for them to lose a few leaves when they first arrive in their new home, but they will be complete with beautiful shiny new leaves in a month or two.
Note: This houseplant is not intended for human or animal consumption.
