Our Bee's Sneeze Herbal Torches are each hand wrapped using ethically sourced herbs, beeswax, local herbs, flowers and garden greens and includes a 14k filled pendant that can be used as a necklace or bracelet charm!
Smudge sticks or "wands" have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, these herbs are used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace. We include beeswax in our wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Plus they smell great!

To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space, self or item. To extinguish, tap into dirt, sand or fire proof vessel until no longer smoking.
