Heads average 10 to 15 pounds each. All Seasons cabbage is an excellent mid-season variety, and we love how the spring planted heads hold on well into the hot summer months, giving us time to harvest and process our early cabbages and then recover from that cabbage overload that happens each spring. Traditionally used for sauerkraut, but also suitable for fresh eating or roasting. Our preferred variety for mid and late-summer coleslaw. Excellent heat tolerance. 85 days to harvest. Approximately 100 seeds per packet.
