They are so low-maintenance that they can thrive during long periods of neglect. They can be easily grown in any garden and are perfect for office-goers with less time in hand to commit to gardening.

Golden money plants grow very quickly and can be easily propagated. They can be potted in soil as well as water. Bright indirect light is best in order to keep the leaves vibrant and avoid leggy growth. However, if plants have a leggy appearance, it is best to check the light condition and see if the plant is not root bound. Standard houseplant soil works well for these low-maintenance plants. Allow the top 2 to 3 inches of soil to dry out between waterings and then water thoroughly.
