My own little trick to prevent the browning is by giving it higher light and good air circulation.
You will receive a similar plant in the last two photos, the cover photo is my proud mature specimen for reference of its future look.
The plants are grown in high humidity with healthy air roots, attach those roots to a pole to jump-start the size increase process. Browning may happen during shipping, but I will pack with my utmost care to prevent that.
