Philodendron Majestic – A Stunning Climbing Hybrid
The Philodendron Majestic, a unique hybrid of Philodendron verrucosum and Philodendron sodiroi, captivates with its heart-shaped leaves adorned with silvery mottling and a red-tinged abaxial surface. When light passes through its thin, non-velvet leaves, they display an iridescent bronze glow, making this plant a standout addition to any collection.
What to Expect
The plant you see in the images is a representation of the Philodendron Majestic you will receive. Each plant has been propagated from a mature stem cutting, ensuring strong, healthy growth.
Why Choose Philodendron Majestic?
- Distinctive Foliage: Showcases silvery patterns inherited from the sodiroi parent, with bronze-red petioles reminiscent of verrucosum.
- Climbing Nature: A true climber that benefits from a moss pole or support structure to help develop larger leaves and achieve its full potential.
- Easy Care: Low-maintenance yet rewarding, suitable for dedicated plant collectors seeking a unique addition.
Care Guidelines for Philodendron Majestic
- Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light levels without issue.
- Watering: Water when the top 2–5 cm of soil is dry. Ensure the soil is well-draining to prevent waterlogging.
- Humidity: Thrives in high humidity (above 70% RH) but will grow well in moderate levels (around 55% RH).
- Temperature: Performs best in warm, stable temperatures typical of indoor environments.
Introduce the Philodendron Majestic to your collection and enjoy the beauty of its unique foliage and climbing nature.
