ABOUT THIS PLANT
The Variegated String of Hearts is an easy-to-care-for favorite that is a visual dream with its heart-shaped leaves and pink-and-green variegation. This trailing plant looks great in a windowsill or hanging planter.
It's also one of the best low-maintenance non-toxic succulents for your home. Native to South Africa, it stores water in its vines and leaves, which allows it to go longer between waterings than most houseplants. It thrives best in bright, filtered light and appreciates well-draining cactus soil or succulent soil.
Regular pruning helps your String of Hearts grow fuller, making it a lush statement piece over time.
