The Cybex VR3 Back Extension is designed for form and performance and features a patent pending pelvic stabilization system that utilizes an adjustable foot brace that allows the user to “lock into” the hip pad causing hip extensor engagement for optimal pelvic stabilization. It matches their performance level, maintaining the integrity of the force curve throughout the range of motion while taking into account their limits and abilities. Start RLD (adjustable start only) provides start positions every 10 degrees. Total RLD (adjustable start and finish) provides start and end positions every 10 degrees. The Cybex VR3 strength line brings the desired balance between a sleek design and unparalleled performance, delivering nothing short of an amazing user experience and workout. This versatile collection is engineered to perform in a wide range of fitness facilities – from highly supervised to demanding self-serve. The Cybex VR3 Series combines a striking silhouette with rugged durability and it’s engineered to take all the punishment a commercial environment can deliver.
