Luckily these plants have become such a hit with aroid collectors due to their unique leaf shape that they are (sliiiiightly) easier to come by these days! They are definitely still considered very rare collector plants, and they still fetch a pretty penny.This plant has leaves that have to be seen to be believed, so I added a picture of a mature joepii looks like next to the picture of the actual plant we have on offer.
Care is similar to all other philodendrons - all it plenty of gentle bright light, and allow to approach dry between waterings.

Non-irritating, daily sunscreen for sensitive skin

Comfortable but a bit shiny, does sting eyes

I really like the body and gel formulas in this line. This is a good addition, but not quite as good a fit for me.
It is very lightweight and easily to apply, and comfortable on the skin. It's fairly shiny but not in a greasy or wet-looking way, more glowy than dewy; I tend to prefer a soft matte finish for my oily skin, but this one is workable and would probably be great for dryer folks.
Unfortunately, it does move around a bit on the skin (according to my UV camera) and when it gets into my eyes it stings, which is very very common for chemical formulas from the US. I don't know if that will be an issue for people who aren't as sensitive as I am, but it's an important heads-up for those who are.
