Water moderately, allowing the potting soil to dry slightly between waterings. In winter, reduce watering frequency to avoid excess humidity. Take care not to let water stagnate in the saucer to prevent root rot. Aglaonema Maria appreciates a humid atmosphere. You can spray its leaves regularly with non-calcareous water or place the pot on a bed of moistened clay balls.

This plant prefers temperatures between 18 and 24°C and should be protected from cold draughts and temperatures below 15°C.

Clean the leaves regularly with a damp cloth to remove dust and promote photosynthesis. You can also prune damaged leaves to encourage new growth.
