PLANTS ARE NOT PERFECT! While we try our best to make sure every plant looks amazing, it is possible that a small burn spot or tiny hole may be present. We do grow our plants organically and some are grown outside, so it’s possible for nature to make a small imperfection.

PLEASE NOTE: For live plant orders, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent plants from sitting over the weekend. We want your plants to arrive alive!

Shipping notes: Because your plant has been in a box without sunlight for a few days during shipping, it may be slightly yellow or drop a few leaves when it first arrives. This is normal. (If it loses all its leaves, this is usually not normal and you should contact us.) Adjust your plant to the light slowly, NEVER put it in the bright sun right away, as it can shock the plant and cause it to die.

If the temperature in your region is below freezing we recommend (and prefer) you wait for better weather. You can purchase a heat pack, but please be aware that there are no guarantees of the plant not freezing. We recommend purchasing when the weather in your region is comfortable enough for the plant to arrive safely. During winter, we only use USPS Priority Mail for all standard shipping because priority mail travels mainly by air, and the post office does not leave packages in trucks outside overnight. Between careful monitoring of the weather and priority mail, we have been able to provide our customers plants year round with few issues. If the day-time temperature falls close to freezing in your state, we can no longer safely ship using priority mail.

A BIG hit with my BIG dog!

My Great Dane/Boxer mix LOVES this toy. She is over 100 lbs and very strong. She got a hold of my son's real football last year and after she made the initial holes and deflated it we just let her have it. She completely ripped it to shreds in about 7 months but had such a blast tossing it around and galloping around the yard with it, I knew I had to replace it with something of the same shape but hopefully more durable. This is it! She really adores this. We play catch and tug with it and it seems like it's going to last a really long time. The rubber is flexible but strong. I'll try to get a picture of her with it and load it. I highly recommend this toy. We ordered the Large size, by the way. :-) 2-6-2015 - Update: I am just now ordering a new one. For nearly 4 years, the old one has been kept outside in the rain, sun, snow, and ice. She still loves to grab it, shake it, throw it up in the air and play tug with whenever she's outside. The rubber is just now starting to crack so it's time for a new one.

A few weeks ago I ordered three dog toys for my dogs. I have a German shepherd, Lab mix and a medium mix. The latter boy is the biggest destroyer in our family, he chewed pieces of a black Kong. I did not really have high hopes for this football shaped toy with holes, but it is holding up beyond my expectations. You can see some teeth marks, but they are not chewing it up (yet?). They love to play tug with this, kick it around by themselves, or lie down with it and chew on it. I like it because it is a soft rubber and doesn't make so much noise when they throw it around on my hard flooring. For the price, they are definitely getting a whole lot of fun out of it. Edit: Now, more than a month later, my dog managed to get a small piece off after a heavy chew session. After that first piece apparently it is easy to get more off, and he wants to swallow it so the ball is in the trash.
