The ART format is a licensed Bernina format and is not offered; however, EXP can be used in place of ART. Please note that we cannot support the integrity of the designs if you convert or alter them with any software.
For the best result use dense fabric and several layers of the stabilizer for embroidery.
These are only machine embroidery files, they are not patches. The files come in zipped format. After downloading you need to unzip it on your computer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the digital nature of these items, there is no refund policy. I will work with you to the best of our abilities to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are allowed only if the item has not been downloaded! Also, I cannot support issues connected with embroidery problems (fabric, tension, thread, needle, machine, software, and stabilizer).
