An improved Meyer lemon, Citrus 'Meyer' Lemon Tree is a semi-dwarf cultivar that is valued not only for fruit production but also for ornamental purposes and can fit beautifully into an edible landscape. The tree blooms prolifically in clusters of showy, highly fragrant, waxy white blossoms with yellow anthers. Citrus 'Meyer' Lemon Tree produces an abundant crop of large, rounded fruit with thin skin nearly year-round in warm climates. The fruit is juicier, less acidic, and sweeter than common lemons. The fruit should be allowed to fully ripen upon the tree, becoming golden-hued and soft to the touch.

In the garden, Citrus 'Meyer' Lemon Tree can grow to between 8 and 12 feet tall at full maturity (about 4 years). But the plant can be pruned to maintain any desired size and shape. In cooler climates, the tree can be grown in a container and moved indoors during winter, if ample sunlight is provided. Container growth is likely to be smaller and vary with pot size, which should be at least 5 gallons and about 12 to 15 inches deep. Although a container grown tree will not reach its full growth potential, it will still flower and set full-sized fruits.

A popular variety, Citrus 'Meyer' Lemon Tree, a broadleaf evergreen, has a compact, shrub-like habit of handsome, shiny, aromatic foliage and a moderate growth rate. It makes an excellent accent or specimen and can be trained as an espalier. But it is also a great houseplant.

Citrus 'Meyer' Lemon Tree requires at least 8 hours of full sun a day and grows best in well-draining, sandy soil that has a neutral to slightly acidic pH. It has the best winter hardiness of any of the lemon trees and will briefly tolerate temperatures around 32°F, but the plant should be protected when temperatures fall below 32°F. It grows best in climates with daytime temperatures in the low 70°F range and nighttime temperatures in the high 50°F range. If container grown, the plant should be brought inside at the first sign of frost and placed in a location with plenty of bright sunshine. It should not be kept too warm, however, because cooler winter temperatures encourage flowering. The tree is self-pollinating and will bear fruit without any pollen from other varieties.

Citrus trees will ship at the appropriate planting time based on your growing zone. Citrus trees do not ship in December or January. Plant height is 18-36" when shipped.

I will read it again and refer to it often.
Format: Paperback
"I hope and pray that what I've written has been what you needed - comforting, relevant, and appropriately challenging insights and ideas that will guide you to have more peace, hope, and growth. I picture you feeling differently, thinking differently, and using new ideas for God's glory. " Dr. Kathy Koch In my current moment, the wise guidance offered in Dr. Kathy's latest book is a valuable gift. Where many resources fail or miss the heart of things - the thoughts offered by Dr. Kathy in this book are practical, God honoring, honest, accessible, challenging, real. It is common to find resources aimed at Jesus followers that land as impractical platitudes. It is common to find resources claiming psychological excellence that bury the reader in therapeutic blame shifting. This book is neither of those things and I am so grateful. With a grown married child, an adult estranged child, an adult child still at home, a pre-launched teen, an aging parent, a frightening and sad loss of purpose in middle-age...I am the center of the target audience. Each chapter brings focus to different areas of adult relationships that are prone to conflict. Each chapter ends with very useful tools to help focus on areas of healing and growth. The prompts for intentional, grace-filled communication are clear and immensely useful. There is compassionate seeing, firm challenge, and hopeful help. This book goes on my reference shelf for easy access!

What Do I Do When My DIL Wants to Cut Me Out of Her Life Along with My Granddaughter?
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Answer to my question in my Review Title: I pray and God provided me this book! I just finished reading it, and I just couldn't wait to write this review! I highly recommending reading this book, if you are having any problems with your adult children, especially chapters 9-11. For me, like the title says, I didn't know what to do when my DIL said, "... I will be stepping back from contact for the foreseeable future. This includes cards, letters, gifts, or other communication unless I say otherwise." Since receiving that text message in December 2025, I have been praying about what to do. Just last week, my son texted me some very angry text messages, even demanding that I delete all virtual pictures of my granddaughter and giving him all my physical pictures of her (which I will do because of Matthew 5:38-42)! What amazing timing though to be reading this book! Praise God! My son has not closed the door yet on our relationship, so I have hope that I can implement some of the ideas in this book! See photo to see my notes (i.e. questions) that I wrote from the book that I could possibly ask him, if he is willing to meet with me. I pray that he does. Thank you SO much, Dr. Kathy, for writing this book! God is using you and your ministry. God bless you.

Timeless Wisdom with Real Action Steps
Format: Paperback
I was blessed to read this book prelease and am delighted to share that this book is a must read for all parents with adult children. Dr. Kathy provides very helpful insight in first understanding the foundations of the relationship based on the core needs of the parent and the child. Her explanations are very convicting but I don't feel condemned for previous shortcomings; rather I feel inspired to improve and apologize. I particularly appreciate the realistic action steps and examples of actual words to think/speak in the first person so I can retrain myself to think, speak, and relate to my children. Dr. Kathy equips readers by providing step by step explanations of 1) What to do; 2) Why it works and; 3) How to do it . It is brilliant and so helpful. However, she does not provide false hope because sometimes love is not enough in the case of prodigals and she shares Truth with parents and acknowledges the the very real pain and loneliness that can result then follows-up with real action steps and reminds us of our hope in Christ. As always, the wisdom in the book is timeless and can be applied across multiple relationships in life including my relationship with my own parents where I am the child and even in communicating with my husband. I am grateful for the Celebrate Kids ministry and Dr. Kathy. I am constantly learning something new and am grateful.

Real action steps. You will love this book!
Format: Paperback
If you have adult children, I promise you will be blessed by this book. So many times books have good insight, but then when life happens, it is easy to forget the wisdom of the book. This book is different. It has real actionable steps that you can take to help parents let go of their children. As we raise little people, it’s easy to wrap your identity up in your family life. This book helped me see where I was still finding identity in my kids and how to make sure that we are finding our identity and healthier ways. She includes a Declaration of Release in the book. Reading it brought tears to my eyes. It made me realize it’s OK to grieve the young family we once had but also to embrace my growing and maturing adult children. I want to have a healthy relationship with my kids and their spouses and I’m confident this book is like a very wise friend offering advice and walking this path with me. I was blessed to read a free copy of the ebook but I’ve already purchased my own paper copy of the book so I can make notes and refer back to it more easily.

A little too strong on religion and preachy, which I could have done without.
