Anthurium ‘Banderola Roja’ is a bold, tropical beauty with glossy green leaves and deep red, long-lasting blooms that bring a vibrant pop of colour to any room. Often known as the Red Flamingo Flower, this plant adds sculptural elegance to shelves, desks, and bright corners. Its striking flowers can last for weeks, making it an easy and rewarding choice for adding year-round colour indoors.

Plant Care
Light: Bright indirect light is ideal. Avoid direct afternoon or evening sun, which can scorch leaves and fade the colour. Lower light = fewer blooms.

Watering: Let the top few centimetres of soil dry out between waterings.

Temperature: Thrives in 18–26°C. Keep it warm, consistent, and away from cold drafts or dry air.

Potting: Our Airy Aroid mix is perfect light, chunky, and moisture-balanced to keep roots healthy and blooms coming.

Hot tips: Wipe leaves gently to keep them glossy. Feed monthly during spring and summer with a bloom-boosting fertiliser. Long-lasting blooms make it ideal for gifting or brightening dull corners.

Also, it required a great deal of strength to stretch and hold the fabric panels so that the bars inserted in each hem lines up with the screws inserted in A/B poles.
