You can't go wrong with echinacea. We carry a multitude of cultivars and colors for just that reason. They are easy to grow and reward the lazy gardener with months of full beautiful blooms that just keep coming. Pollinators are big fans of the native and nativar varieties flocking to the flowers through the summer and well into the fall. Echinacea comes in many varieties both short and tall. They can be used in a wide variety of garden applications including border gardens, container plantings and naturalization into a larger area. They make great cut flowers. The seeds feed finches and other birds through the cold months, while also maintaining a structural interest through the winter months.
