If you want form and performance, the VR3 line delivers both. The VR3 Arm Extension uses the classic motion that is known to everyone who does strength training. The traditional movement allows users to focus on the triceps press with less shoulder involvement than triceps machines. This is the commercial strength line that competes with the best others have to offer. A group of machines that combines striking appearance with rugged durability, VR3 has been engineered to take the tough punishment a heavy duty commercial environment requires. And it works for the highly supervised gyms as well as the self-serve facility. One user to the next with one less adjustment. This design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users. VR3 offers user positioning that includes an adjustable back support and seat height adjustment that works to provide stabilization and also accommodates for user size.
