A Cybex Power Cage is, and can best be described as follows: A Power Rack, or Power Cage, is a free weight rack comprised of four vertical posts in an open front configuration with two adjustable horizontal bar catches for racking an Olympic bar or barbell. Some Power Racks come with weight horns for plate storage, a pull-up bar at the top, a spotter platform, and/or a removable bench.
